Guru Motorcycles is operated by GMC Ltd (Guru Motorcycle Limited), registered in Kenya. Company Registration: GMC/2024/001. Registered address: Jekima Plaza, City Stadium, Jogoo Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

All products are genuine aftermarket motorcycle spare parts unless specifically stated otherwise. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or suspected fraud.

Payment must be completed before order dispatch (except Cash on Delivery in Nairobi). All prices are in Kenyan Shillings. We do not store credit card details.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events.

All brand names, logos and trademarks on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. This does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

GMC Ltd's liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential losses arising from use of our products.

We collect your personal information solely to process orders and improve our service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for order fulfillment. See our full Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
