Refund & Returns Policy

At Guru Motorcycles (GMC Ltd), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

You may return a product within 14 days of delivery if: the item is unused and in its original packaging, the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you received the wrong part due to our error. Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged through misuse cannot be returned.

To initiate a return: 1) Contact us via WhatsApp (+254 735 334 455) or email (returns@gurumotorcycles.co.ke) within 14 days of receiving your order. 2) Provide your order number and describe the reason for the return with photos where applicable. 3) We will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions. 4) Pack the item securely in its original packaging. 5) Drop off at our Nairobi store or hand to our courier. Return shipping for defective or wrong items is covered by us. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed as follows: M-Pesa refunds: 1-3 business days. Bank transfer refunds: 3-5 business days. The refund will be to the original payment method.

We are happy to exchange parts for the correct item. If the exchange item costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the balance.

The following items cannot be returned: Electrical components once installed (CDI units, ignition modules), Items with tampered seals or missing packaging, Special order or custom items, Items returned after 14 days.

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
